UK ORDERS

We Ship all UK orders via Royal Mail 2nd class signed for recorded delivery (if ordered before 3pm Monday – Friday) Please note that we will dispatch to the name & address that is given on the verified paypal address, if you choose to change your shipping address to get your order delivered elsewhere ie a relatives house or a work address we are not reasonable for the order if the signature does not match the delivery name & is signed by someone else.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, BELFAST & NORTHERN IRELAND

We Ship all international orders via Royal Mail they can take upto 7/21 working days to arrive (if ordered before 3pm Monday – Saturday). If you need a express service please email us at ddpost@outlook.com so we can get a quote from DPD (express shipping prices vary on country and weight). Please note that we will dispatch to the name & address that is given on the invoice, if you choose to change your shipping address to get your order delivered elsewhere ie a relatives house or a work address we are not responsible for the order if the signature does not match the delivery name & is signed by someone else.

Returns Policy

Should you be unhappy with any of the items from your order you may return them to us within 7 days of the specified delivery date (subject to the conditions below) for a refund or Store Credit (you can choose on your returns form). Please note your returns must be delivered to us within this time, with all tickets intact. Returns received outside of this time period will not be accepted.

The custom is responsible for the returns postage fee as well as the exchanged item re delivery fee.

all refunds will be made within 7 working days of receiving your return, please note all refunds would be minus the £6 delivery charge ( if you ordered one item or returning your full order and qualified for free delivery the posted fee of £6 would then be deducted from your refund)

Exchanges

Please be advised that we do not hold items and cannot guarantee availability so items requested for exchange may no longer be in stock by the time your request is received. To avoid disappointment we suggest you place a new order for the desired item and send in a request for refund on the original purchase.

 

Items must be returned in the condition they were received, with no sign of wear and tear, all garment tags, packaging and labels still attached. Original boxes and containers must be returned unused with no sign of damage. Any items that have been damaged, altered (by wear and tear or by being washed incorrectly) or returned without their branded packaging will not be accepted. Please ensure that shoes are tried on soft clean surfaces and when trying garments on be sure to not come into contact with perfumes, sprays, creams or other chemicals.

Faulty items

We take a great deal of care to quality-check all items thoroughly before they are dispatched, but please check your items carefully on delivery for any damage/faults and return them within the above returns periods for a replacement of the same item.

All items returned as ‘faulty’ will be subject to a thorough investigation to confirm that the damage is due to a manufacturing fault and not normal wear-and-tear, which is not covered by our returns policy. The item may need to be shipped to the manufacturer for them to assess and decide this, which can take up to 14 days.

Faulty items returned beyond the regular returns period above we be professionally repaired and returned to you at no cost. If the item is unrepairable we will offer you a full or partial Store Credit or replacement (at our discretion) depending on the extent of the damage.

Items purchased under the SALE Are non refundable or exchangeable

UK ONLY: This does not affect your statutory rights – so you may still return promotional items for a refund under the Distance Selling Regulation, which requires that you provide us written notification of cancelation within 14 days of delivery.
