Delivery Terms & Conditions

Delivery Information

PLEASE NOTE... Dainty Delilah Is NOT responsible for lost parcels that are sent to business/work addresses, or with incorrect/missing delivery address details on your order ie door numbers, building names, incorrect postcodes etc. 

Orders returned back to us from the courier company will occur a re delivery fee paid by the customer for us to resend the order.

Please check over your order details that you have given the full and correct delivery address at the time of making your order.

If you have asked for your delivery to be left with a neighbour or to be ''left in a safe place'' this is at your own risk and we are not responsible for missing parcels. 

All Orders (except Pre Orders) are dispatched that day  (if ordered before 2pm mon-thurs) we are not held responsible if the post office does not process the delivery the same day. Due to the free delivery promotion we have a high number of deliveries for them to process. 

If ordering On Friday before 2pm and need Saturday delivery, please select SATURDAY DELIVERY £19.95 at check out. Next Day UK Delivery £9.95 is for the next working day only. We ship orders Tuesdays, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.

UK ORDERS

We Ship all UK paid shipping orders via Royal Mail 1st class signed for recorded delivery (if ordered before 2pm Tuesday– Friday) Please note that we will dispatch to the name & address that is given on the verified paypal address, if you choose to change your shipping address to get your order delivered elsewhere ie a relatives house or a work address we are not responsible for the order if the signature does not match the delivery name & is signed by someone else.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, BELFAST & NORTHERN IRELAND

We Ship all international orders via Royal Mail they can take upto 7/21 working days to arrive (if ordered before 2pm Monday –Friday). If you need a express service please email us at hello@daintydelilah.co.uk so we can get a quote (express shipping prices vary on country and weight). Please note that we will dispatch to the name & address that is given on the invoice, if you choose to change your shipping address to get your order delivered elsewhere ie a relatives house or a work address we are not responsible for the order if the signature does not match the delivery name & is signed by someone else.

If your local courier has not been able to deliver your parcel, i.e you are not home to sign for your parcel it will be held at your local collections centre for a few days.  If it is returned back to us in the UK due to not being collected you are responsible for the re delivery fee to re send the order.

If the order has been returned back to us and you no longer want the order, If your order has since gone into sale we will not offer you a refund and you will be issued a online credit note for your invoice amount (minus delivery fee paid).

Returns Policy

Should you be unhappy with any of the items from your order you may return them to us within 14 days of the specified delivery date (subject to the conditions below) for a refund or Store Credit (you can choose on your returns form). Please note your returns must be delivered to us within this time, with all tickets intact. Returns received outside of this time period will not be accepted.

The customer is responsible for the returns postage fee as well as the exchanged item re delivery fee.

All refunds will be made within 7 working days of receiving your return, please note all refunds would be minus the £5.95 delivery charge ( if you ordered one item or returning your full order and qualified for free delivery the posted fee of £5.95 would then be deducted from your refund)

Items purchased under SALE/ PROMOTIONAL OFFERS Are NON refundable, all sale & promotional offer items can be exchanged or a store credit note will be issued for 12 months from date of issue (within returning 7 days from date received). The customer is responsible for the postage fee to re send the exchanged item. please note all exchanges/credit notes would be minus the £5.95 delivery charge (if you ordered one item or returning your full order and qualified for free delivery the posted fee of £5.95 would then be deducted from your credit note/exchange )

Please note all exchanges/credit notes would be minus the £5.95 delivery charge ( if you ordered one item or returning your full order and qualified for free delivery the posted fee of £5.95 would then be deducted from your refund)

Exchanges

Please be advised that we do not hold items and cannot guarantee availability so items requested for exchange may no longer be in stock by the time your request is received. To avoid disappointment we suggest you place a new order for the desired item and send in a request for refund on the original purchase.

 Items must be returned in the condition they were received, with no sign of wear and tear, all garment tags, packaging and labels still attached. Original boxes and containers must be returned unused with no sign of damage. Any items that have been damaged, altered (by wear and tear or by being washed incorrectly) or returned without their branded packaging will not be accepted. Please ensure that shoes are tried on soft clean surfaces and when trying garments on be sure to not come into contact with perfumes, sprays, creams or other chemicals.

The custom is responsible for the returns postage fee as well as the exchanged item re delivery fee.

Faulty items

We take a great deal of care to quality-check all items thoroughly before they are dispatched, but please check your items carefully on delivery for any damage/faults and return them within the above returns periods for a replacement of the same item.

All items returned as ‘faulty’ will be subject to a thorough investigation to confirm that the damage is due to a manufacturing fault and not normal wear-and-tear, which is not covered by our returns policy. The item may need to be shipped to the manufacturer for them to assess and decide this, which can take up to 14 days.

Faulty items returned beyond the regular returns period above we be professionally repaired and returned to you at no cost. If the item is unrepairable we will offer you a full or partial Store Credit or replacement (at our discretion) depending on the extent of the damage.

Sale/Promotional Offers

How to return your items to us

 Please email us at Hello@daintydelilah.co.uk  with your full name, order number and items you are returning to let us know you are returning your order. On delivery your parcel will include a returns form with instructions, simply fill in the form and pack it along with your items into our re-sealable bag, Please return all items to:
